PROPOSED MICHAUD COMMUNITY CENTER
Ryan Epps Home is currently raising funds to construct a community center in the Michaud area near the children's home and the school. This building will provide a location to teach the community adults and the REHC children vocational skills, to house a medical clinic and to provide a meeting place for community and church activities.
The property has been purchased. Estimated cost for the security wall and gate, foundation, building, windows and doors is estimated at $75,000. Completing the interior of the building is estimated at $40,000 for walls, wiring, and plumbing.
